This office building in Newtown Square got new windows across its front in late February and March 2025. The building stayed open while we worked.
The building
It is a two-story office building with white painted walls, gray shutters and an accessible ramp to the entrance. The old windows were replaced with black-frame units, which give the building a sharper look against the white walls.

Commercial window replacement is about sequence. Each opening was taken out, fitted and closed the same day, and the work moved along the building so only a few rooms were affected at a time.

Every window was trimmed and sealed to the wall. On painted masonry the sealant joint has to be sized so it can move with the wall without cracking, which is the most common way commercial windows start to leak.
