Do you work in West Chester borough?

Yes, including commercial work in town. Borough properties sometimes need extra approvals for exterior changes, which we check before starting.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and the size of the job. Small repairs often fit in within a few weeks. Larger jobs are scheduled once the estimate is approved.

Can you replace windows in a 1990s colonial without redoing the siding?

Usually, yes. Many of these houses can take insert or full-frame replacements with new exterior trim, without touching the siding around them.
